Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for editlink.io are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. As the registered reseller, Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment compliance on our behalf.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at editlinkcontact@gmail.com or reach out through Paddle's own support channels. We review every request and respond promptly.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and auto-renewal stops. Unused time within a billing period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, in line with standard SaaS practice.

4. 14-Day Trial

If you cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged.

5. Service Outages

If a technical fault makes the service unusable (for example, an uninterrupted outage longer than 48 hours), you may request a refund for the affected month. Each case is evaluated individually.
