editlink.io ('we', 'us', 'our') is a SaaS product that generates shareable edit links for Airtable records. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address.
- Airtable connection: Your Airtable Personal Access Token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never store it in plain text.
- Usage data: We collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store credit card information. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the editlink.io service: authenticating your account, connecting to your Airtable workspace, and generating edit links. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Airtable data is never stored on our servers — we only read and write directly via the Airtable API.

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
